If your iPhone is password protected please include the password or remove the password option before sending the device to us. Make sure all data and personal information including telephone contacts and photographs are backed up if possible prior to you sending the phone.
Wrap your iPhone well in bubble wrap and place it in a small Jiffy/Bubble wrap envelope. Do not include any of the instructions or accessories, all we require is the iPhone. Please include a copy of the confirmation email so we can track your order. We will not take any responsibility for iPhones sent to us damaged via transit because they were poorly packaged or not protected.

We have a very fast turnaround time, most repairs are carried out within a few hours (Subject to stock), but some repairs take longer than others, for replacement parts, screen replacements and software modifications, we ask that you allow 24-48 hours for the repair. Some complicated repairs such as water damage can take longer as they often require extensive testing, but we do them as quickly as possible and pride ourselves on our excellent turnaround times.
If you require your iPhone or iPod back by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do the best we can.
